On January 26th, 2011, 27-year-old schoolteacher Ellen Greenberg sent her first-grade students home early in order to avoid an impending blizzard. Once her students were accounted for, Ellen drove home to her Philadelphia apartment that she shared with her fiancé. That night, behind her locked apartment door, Ellen was found stabbed to death in her kitchen. However, her violent death was ruled a suicide.
Joshua and Sandee Greenberg are the parents of Ellen and have been fighting to change her manner of death from suicide to homicide or undetermined. They share their fight for justice 12 years later and discuss the mysterious circumstances of Ellen’s death.
