The migrant crisis “will destroy New York City.” That’s what New York City Mayor Eric Adams told residents at a town hall on Wednesday. Sanctuary cities like NYC have been receiving an estimated 10,000 migrants a month, causing a strain on resources, with education being the resource most under focus this week. New Yorkers sent their students back to school today, along with upwards of 20,000 migrant children now eligible to attend the city’s schools. Fox Business Correspondent Madison Alworth joins FOX’s Eben Brown to explain how city funds are being stretched thin by the migrant influx, the issues of language barriers and vaccinations that new migrant students present, and the tension between blue city mayors and the Biden administration when it comes to resources to help migrants.
