United Airlines Forced to Ground Stop for 40 Mins!

United Airlines issued a full-on ground stop after an equipment outage.

Earlier this week United Airlines had to ground ALL of its flights for around 40 minutes due to an equipment failure.

Apparently this was due to a technology issue but don’t worry, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was hot on the case and by “hot on the case,” I mean..he sent out a tweet.

This is just wholly unacceptable. How does the most technologically advanced nation in the world have to ground flights for 40 mins due to a computer glitch?!

And this isn’t the first time this has happened, either.

This United Airlines ground stop comes after The New York Times did an investigation that found airplanes are nearly colliding multiple times A WEEK!

Heaven forbid a hostile entity is ever able to get ahold of our air traffic control systems, we are doomed.

And having Mayor Tweety Petey at the helm certainly gives me NO COMFORT, what about you?!
