Today serves as a well-deserved day off for all of you who have the tenacity, pride and ambition to put in the work, day in and day out.
By the number of “help wanted” signs we see on businesses across the country, it seems some of our fellow Americans don’t have that same spirit and that’s a damn shame.
Work isn’t always fun and Lord knows it’s not easy to make ends meet in Biden’s America, but a salute to all who give it their all, anyway.
You are the backbone of this country and what keeps our economy chugging along.
And a special thank you to all of our first responders, police officers and military members who don’t get today off but rather put in the extra hours even on national holidays so that the rest of us can be safe, secure and protected.
God bless the American worker and may we never be dumb enough to allow the government to shut us down, again!
