Eminem Sends Vivek A Cease and Desist

Vivek Ramaswamy’s days of rapping Eminem songs to rural state fair goers have come to an end.

I’m Tomi Lahren, find out why, next.

Vivek delivered a somewhat awkward yet memorable campaign moment when rapped to Eminem’s hit song “Lose Yourself” in front of Iowa state fair goers earlier this month.

But the REAL Slim Shady was not impressed. His team sent Vivek a cease and desist letter demanding he stop rapping his music on the campaign trail.

According to the rapper music licenser, BMI, this request came directly from Eminem. Not shocking given the rapper has repeatedly come out against Republicans, including Donald Trump and his supporters.

Still, I’m sure this news is a gut punch to Vivek who told the New York Times that Eminem’s underdog story resonated with him.

He also told Iowa governor Kim Reynolds that “Lose Yourself” was his favorite walkout song…right before he got on the mic and rapped it to a crowd made up of mostly senior citizens in the now viral moment.

Shucks Vivek, you’ll just have to find another rap muse and may I suggest 50 Cent?
