Show Up, Debate!

It’s debate night but not only is Trump not showing up for this one, he’s implied he won’t show up to any!

It’s the night we’ve been waiting for, the first republican presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle, hosted by Foxnews.

And while 8 candidates will be showing up to duke it out for your support, one notable candidate has decided to sit it out, Donald Trump.

Now, to me, this is a cop out. Trump is indeed way up in the polls but he owes it to his supporters, his competitors, and the American people to show up and earn the vote.

Trump has also implied over a recent Truth Social post that he may not show up for ANY debates saying he’s so far ahead in the polls and his record speaks for itself.

Well wait a dragon minute, Trump had a phenomenal presidency, no doubt, but the last 7 months of it are still up for questioning…

He owes it to us to answer for his handling of Covid, anointing Lord Fauci and pushing the vaccine.

By not debating he is always handing Joe Biden a perfect excuse to avoid any and all debates as well.

Is this really where we are? Where presidential candidates assume they will be crowned instead of nominated and elected by WE THE PEOPLE?!

I don’t like it. Show up and speak to the American people!
