Co-host of “The Big Money Show” Brian Brenberg joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to talk about why shoplifters in major cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco feel emboldened right now, and do not fear any consequences for their criminal actions.

“This is very calculated. It’s criminal entrepreneurship. It’s all it is What these guys are doing is they’re saying, okay, we know the rules of the road. The rule is no bail if you get caught, that’s great. And we know if it’s less than a thousand a guy, we’re going to be fine. So they just take that and they say, okay, well, what can we do with that? What we can do is get 30 to 50 guys together, going to a Nordstrom’s cover up, take all the stuff and leave, and nothing’s going to happen. And like a couple of politicians will complain about it for a few days and then we’ll do it again. We’ll do it again. Like they do studies in New York, 6,000 arrests on this stuff, which is way down from what we had in 2017. It was like 300 guys. The same 300 guys. They know what they’re doing”

Brian and Jimmy also discuss why the Inflation Reduction Act hasn’t actually done anything to lower costs for Americans. To hear what else he had to say, listen to the podcast!
