Florida Republican Congresswoman Kat Cammack joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on the underhanded tactics used by Hunter Biden’s legal team the night before his plea deal with the Department of Justice fell apart.

“I’m sitting at dinner with the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, Jason Smith, who had just sent over, had filed an amicus brief with all of the findings from the transcribed interviews of the IRS whistleblowers. He said, you know what? This is ridiculous. The judge needs to know exactly what she’s dealing with when she goes to sentencing, because we all knew that the deal was a total sham. So he filed an amicus brief that day and sends it over to the courts. Then he gets a call as we’re sitting at dinner and they say, why did you withdraw the amicus brief? And he says, I didn’t withdraw. What are you talking about? The court hangs up, calls back and says, we just tracked down the number of who called and told us to withdraw it. It got traced back to Hunter Biden’s law firm, the firm representing him. They called and pretended to be part of the Ways and Means Committee. They lied to the courts and said, I’m part of the Ways and Means staff. Please withdraw. It was an error. And so, of course, the judge slapped them down and said, you have till 9 p.m. to answer for this. But you want to talk about sleaze? I mean, my God, at least have enough wherewithal to block your damn number if you’re going to do that.”
