Evening Edition: Texas Heat Wave Causes Record Power Demands
Extreme heat in Texas and other parts of the South and Southwest causing deaths with a dozen or more days in a row with temperatures reaching over one hundred and ten degrees. The high temperatures are also causing record breaking power usage along with concerns about the grid holding up with the demand. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Casey Stegall, FOX News national correspondent in Dallas, TX, about the extreme temperatures and its impact to the power grid.
