“Loud Quitting” Trend
I’ve told you about “quiet quitting,” but there’s a new workplace trend that might be even worse.
I’m Tomi Lahren, find out next.
Workers are not what they used to be, that’s for sure.
First it was “quiet quitting,” a trend wherein workers did the bare minimum as a form of protest.
But the new trend is more aggressive, “loud quitting.”
So this occurs when workers are unhappy in their jobs and resentful to be there so they visibly showcase their displeasure to co-workers and the outside world. They may even actively attempt to undermine the goals of their own workplace.
This could include inappropriate emails or even workplace outbursts.
Wow, how professional, right?!
This is such a crock of crap. If you don’t like your job, quit or get a new one. But to actively try to ruin the workplace experience for everyone else because you’re bitter and stressed, is a cowardly move.
Our parents and grandparents had to work to put food on the table and now we’ve got young people “quiet” and “loud” quitting with shameless pride.
This generation is an embarrassment!
