Charlie and Kennedy speculate as to why Jeffrey Epstein only spent thirteen months in jail the first time he was arrested, suggesting reasons ranging from him needing to act as a witness for the prosecution going after Wall Street crimes during the financial crisis to the prosecution believing the victims should take whatever deal they could win.
