Wisconsin Republican Congressman Scott Fitzgerald joins Fox Across America With guest host Joe Concha to talk about why he believes the arrest of former President Trump over his alleged mishandling of classified documents demonstrates the clear and problematic double standard in this country regarding the application of justice.

“I’ve been supportive of President Trump since day one when he pulled off the 2016 miracle. And Wisconsin was a big part of that. What I think, what you’re seeing as of late is really what most independent voters can’t stand is the hypocrisy, right? I mean, dyed in the wool Democrats are going to say, great, I’m glad they’re going after Trump. Let’s get him. But, you know, what they have to be careful of is that middle of the road. And Wisconsin is full of them, in a purple state of people that hate hypocrisy. And again, this is what DOJ is put at the forefront. You know, we’re more than willing to go after our own political opponents. But when it comes to actually living up to the statutes or working through a judicial system that should be fair for all, it just doesn’t exist right now on many different fronts as far as that goes.”
