Texas Republican Congressman Pat Fallon joins Fox Across America With guest host Paul Gleiser to discuss the House Oversight Committee’s ongoing investigation into whether President Biden accepted a $5 million  bribe from a Ukrainian energy company during his tenure as vice president.

“We’re getting closer and closer to a smoking gun. I mean, when you have a highly credible human confidential source that the FBI, that’s how they describe by the way, is highly credible. They’ve been working with this guy for ten years. They’ve given him hundreds of thousands of dollars. All the information in the past has been accurate. And his guy is saying that he spoke to a fellow on the Burisma board who paid the Bidens $10 million, five to Joe and five to Hunter. And they did it in such a way as to be very hard to track. So what have they done? I thought the FBI Director Wray was going to come over with a big, thick file showing us all that they’ve done to exhaust these leads. They did not do that. He didn’t exhaust them at all. In fact, we found that Brian Auten, one of the FBI supervisory analysts, he just made this call independently that this was going to be some kind of disinformation. And he put it in a sub file that was restricted, which meant that 99.9% of the FBI agents couldn’t access that FD-1023. So I’d like to find out and ask him why he did that, because I think that’s hampering an investigation.”
