Evening Edition: Ukraine Dam Collapse Complicates Counter Offensive Operations

Regardless of whoever or whatever caused the collapse of the Kakhovka Dam on the Dnipro River in Ukraine, thousands have had to evacuate from nearly thirty towns, hundreds of thousands left without drinking water and food supplies have been destroyed. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the flooded area in the Kherson region today and said Russian forces continue to shell civilian targets in the middle of this humanitarian disaster. FOX’s Eben Brown spoke with Dan Hoffman, former CIA Chief of Station in Moscow, about the impact of the flooding on Ukraine’s counteroffensive.
