Evening Edition: North Korea’s Failed Spy Satellite Launch Puts Neighbors On Alert
North Korea’s first attempt to put a spy satellite into orbit failed Wednesday and set off air raid sirens in neighboring Seoul, South Korea causing panic through the city. The launch was quickly condemned by the United States and Japan but North Korea says they plan on attempting another launch very soon.
