Former Michigan GOP gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign launch on Twitter was not the best way to announce his 2024 candidacy.

“You know, when you’re going up against someone who can be as cutting as Trump, you don’t make mistakes like that. And that was a huge mistake. But you know, the thing that I said on Outnumbered that shocks me is that the guy who was so anti-screens, we’re going to go back in person we’re getting over this COVID thing, He announced on a screen that you couldn’t even see him. But what did that say to people and what did that say to all of his other supporters? Okay, so where do we fall? We didn’t get to go and announce with you. We weren’t there by your side. And that’s an emotional moment. You have big moments in campaigns, announcing, primary, general. You want your friends and family around you and they want to be around you, but they weren’t there. So what did that mean to them?”

Tudor also talks about how brands like Bud Light and North Face are pushing their customers away by deviating from traditional marketing strategies. To hear what else she had to say, listen to the podcast!
