The case would challenge the ‘Chevron’ precedent and could significantly change federal agencies’ power scope. Breaking down a complex case in a digestible fashion, Ben and Eric explain why normally, federal bureaucrats have a significant advantage in court against average citizens and small businesses, but this case could change that.
