Former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan joins Fox Across America With guest host Jason Chaffetz to explain why the Biden administration is fully responsible for the current humanitarian crisis happening at our Southern border.

“This administration, they ran on open borders. You’ve got to give Ben credit. He kept his promise. They ran on open borders. That’s what they have. They haven’t done a single thing to slow the flow. And the devastation on the border, people need to understand, I’ve been going around the country giving speeches. This isn’t just about illegal immigration anymore. When you cause a crisis this big that’s taking 70-80 percent of the agents off the line, that’s why you have over 1,700 migrant deaths since you’ve been president. That’s why you have 106,000 Americans dead from fentanyl that comes across the border. That’s why you have 203 suspected terrorists arrested by the Border Patrol. That’s why you have 1.7 million gotaways. That’s why you have a record number of women and children being sex trafficked in the United States. When you open the border this much and you make it that vulnerable, it’s become a national security issue. I’ve said this for the last six months. What’s going on in the southern border right now is the biggest national security failure in this country since 9/11.”

Tom also tells Jason about what he witnesses during a recent trip to the border in El Paso, Texas. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
