Ohio Republican Congressman Warren Davidson joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on the unfairness of a new Biden administration mortgage rule that essentially punishers buyers who have good credit scores.
“What in the world are you doing? It’s not just like, if you have good credit. The average credit score in America is 710. If you have a 680 credit score or higher, you’re essentially going to pay a tax so that you can subsidize people with bad credit. So you didn’t even have to have average credit. You can have below average credit and you’re going to pay a higher fee than you otherwise would so that you can subsidize people with bad credit. This is the dumbest socialist redistribution scheme I’ve heard of since they came up with defunding the police. But you know, they keep coming up with these things. And again, they didn’t accidentally do it. They’re for this because of the implications of it.”
