Title 42 is set to end in two weeks, no longer giving border patrol agents the authority to expel migrants to their home country or country they were last in. FOX News National Correspondent Nate Foy joins Kennedy, reporting from Brownsville, TX, to share what he’s seeing just before the policy expires.
While his reporting has focused on how the United States will combat the border crisis, Nate details what he’s hearing about what Mexico President Andrés Manuel López Obrador is doing with their immigration problem as well. He reports that there is chaos on both sides of the border and predicts that it will get much worse once Title 42 comes to an end.
