Mike Pompeo, former Secretary of State and CIA Director tells Brian Kilmeade he and his wife decided it was not the right moment to run for president in 2024. Pompeo believes voters care about things that happen tomorrow and not yesterday or 4 years ago and hopes the campaigns on both sides focus on making Americans lives better. When asked whose side he is on between Florida Governor Ron DeSantis vs Disney, Pompeo said he sides with the people of Florida. Pompeo praised DeSantis for signing the “Parental Rights in Education” Pompeo also said the people of Florida also benefited enormously from the opportunities that Disney has provided with thousands of jobs and what they provide for the tourists that come by the millions every year. Pompeo believes there is no need to be petty or vindictive and leaders need to stay out of getting in childish fights over things that don’t matter to people whether you’re the president or governor of the state.
