Comedian Charles McBee joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his thoughts on the 2024 GOP primary race, and whether someone will succeed in beating out former President Trump for the nomination.
“Here’s the thing. Trump is not some regular schmuck coming out of nowhere. He’s Trump and the people that ride for him, he’s going to be seen as a martyr the more he goes through this kind of thing. So it’s not just like some guy who’s bad for the party who’s like, who is this guy? Let’s get somebody else. No, this is Donald J. Trump. So his people are going to ride for him no matter what, and they’re just going to grow and grow. And as I said last night, I think people want a little street in their new Republican nominee. And I think he’s setting the precedent for a whole new candidate going forward. Now, the next Republican running is going to have to have tattooed tears. They’re going to have to have a mix tape. They’re going to want some street cred.”
Plus, Charles and Jimmy talk about the Bud Light controversy. To hear what else he had to say, listen to the podcast!
