Co-host of “Outnumbered” Emily Compagno joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her thoughts on why San Francisco has become such a hotbed for violent crime and lawlessness over the past few years.
“I mean, London Breed, she’s frankly sort of moderate in her policies. Yes, she has a few very Left-leaning policies. But if you look at that spectrum, if you compare her with Chesa Boudin, Mayor Breed actually was trying here. So I think through the lens of that entire spectrum, there are some people there are that sure, call them Democrat, but they’re not the kind of totally destructive Democrats that have been absolutely scorching cities like Portland, and San Francisco. But I think, A, the tax base is absolutely fleeing. B, the crime. You can’t take that back. So before the tech guy got killed, there were a lot of other people that got killed, too. Before flagship Whole Foods closed, all of Walgreens closed, leaving the elderly without the ability to pick up their prescriptions or get their vaccines that they deemed important. So the level of destruction, that’s irreversible for those lives lost, for the brain damaged individuals like the former S.F. Department fire commissioner, like, all of that. So, you know, is it fixable? Someone would have to stand up that actually had those kinds of hard line values. You can’t just get a $67 million quarterback without an O-line and a D line.”
