FOX News Foreign Correspondent Benjamin Hall is happy to be alive.
Just over a year ago, he was struck by a Russian attack outside Kyiv as he covered the war.
The horrific shelling, that killed FOX News Cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski and journalist Sasha Kuvshynova, left Ben with grave injuries. It then took a coordinated effort by FOX News, former special forces agents, and the State Department to evacuate Hall from Ukraine and transport him to safety in Poland. But even after his arduous journey out of the war-torn country, he then faced a difficult and painful recovery.
A few weeks ago, Benjamin Hall joined FOX News Rundown host Dave Anthony to share his story of Survival and his new book, “SAVED: A War Reporter’s Mission To Make It Home.”
Hall shared in detail the harrowing attack, the dramatic rescue efforts made to bring him home, and his remarkable recovery detailed in his book.
Due to time limitations, we had to air the entire interview in two separate segments. On the FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear the entire incredible conversation with FOX News Foreign Correspondent Benjamin Hall uninterrupted and unedited.
