Fleischer reacted to doubts around Biden’s reelection bid saying,

“Well, you have to believe it’s Joe Biden, right? He said everything that he’s going to run. But the longer he waits, the more curious I get. Are we all wrong? Maybe Biden will pull a LBJ and won’t run.”
