Florida Republican Congressman Byron Donalds joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his reaction to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s explanation for why his office has charged former President Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records.

“As a regular American, I thought that their job was to present you with what they’re charging you with so you have the ability to bring a defense, not get you in the room and drop some other hammer out, you know. It’s like somebody hitting you in the back with the steel chair who’s not even involved in the match. Like if some guy jumped in the ring, hit me with a steel chair, and then I lose. And everybody’s like, well, what’s going on? How that happened? That’s not right. That’s what this guy is doing. And so I think that voters, people, now forget politics, forget pundits, forget all the TV lawyers. I think people look at this and they say, damn dude, really? This is all you have? And you can’t even tell that man what you’re charging him with. Look, you’re charging him with a felony. But a felony based on what? And that’s the problem.”

Rep. Donalds also discusses the recent revelations about the Chinese spy balloon that flew across the U.S. back in January. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
