Arizona Republican Congressman Andy Biggs joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why he believe Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against former President Trump is extremely weak and clearly motivated by politics.

“If it really is more than 30 charges and they’re rising from what all the leaks say they are, what CNN is telling us, it’s basically they’re going to issue a charge for every erroneous entry on their books.  I’m not sure what to think about that, how crazy that is. That’s like you get your checkbook and, you know, you’re trying to find out where you got off balance a little bit. And it turns out every one of those is going to be a criminal charge in New York City. And then, hey, the statute of limitations ran five years ago on that, it was a two-year statute. And so guess what we got to do now? We’re going to have to convert it into a Federal Election Commission felony. So you’ve mixed jurisdictions. You’ve managed to convert it to a felony. And this is a guy who is busy trying to convert every felony into a misdemeanor.”

Rep. Biggs also slams Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for not having a basic understanding of the crisis happening at the U.S. Southern border. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
