Senator Deb Fischer (R-NE) joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss her recent visit to the U.S. southern border to see firsthand the humanitarian and national security crisis at the southern border.

Senator Fischer described the importance of seeing the crisis firsthand saying,

“I think it’s important that people get down to the border and see what’s going on. Sure, we can talk about numbers, but when you’re down there and you’re talking to the border agents, you see the wall that’s been built. You see the illegal migrants in their holding areas, processing centers. It really brings home what a crisis this is.”
