Evening Edition: Poland’s Past Inspires Them To Help In Ukraine’s Future
During the early days of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Poland accepted tens of thousands of refugees fleeing the war and as the conflict approaches the year mark they are doing more. Poland will not only be sending sixty ‘Leopard 2’ tanks, they will also conduct the training of Ukrainian soldiers in the operation of the weapon. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Adrian Kubicki, Consul General of Poland in New York, who says his country’s history is a large reason why they are doing what they can for their neighbors.
