Chris Christie: Trump’s Responsible For Everything That Joe Biden Has Done To This Country For The Last Two Years

Listen To The Full Interview Below:

Chris Christie, former New Jersey Governor joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss former President Trump’s chances of winning the Republican primary and general election in 2024, as several high-profile republicans weigh joining the race.

Christie ripped into former President Trump’s political scorecard saying,

I’m not afraid of Donald Trump. Nor should anybody be afraid of Donald Trump after the performances that we’ve seen electorally by him since he was elected in 2016. He lost the House in 2018. He lost the White House in 2020. He lost the United States Senate in 2021. In 2022, we lost governorships because of candidates that he endorsed. We lost the United States Senate by an even greater number because of the candidates he endorsed. And we historically underperformed historic norms in the House of Representatives.”

Christie added,

“And so a loser in 18, loser in 20 loser and 21 loser in 22. How much more evidence do we need? And by the way, that makes him responsible for everything that Joe Biden has done to this country for the last two years, because that was an election that should have been won in 2020. It wasn’t because of his conduct as a candidate. We lost to a guy who couldn’t even leave his basement to campaign like a normal person, someone who didn’t have the energy, the stamina or the ideas to do it. And now, excuse me. Now we’ve got people saying he could possibly win.”
