Paul Mauro: We Now Know Authorities Were On The Idaho Murder Suspect From The Get-Go

Retired NYPD inspector Paul Mauro joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his analysis of the probable cause affidavit for Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger, and what it tells us about how rapidly law enforcement officers were able to zero in on him.

“They really did manage to put together a real good digital footprint of this guy, despite the fact that incredibly, one of his degrees was in cloud forensics, which is, by definition, digital forensics. But let’s be frank, this guy was not exactly Professor Moriarty here, alright. I mean, with all of the stuff he supposedly did to kind of cover his footprint, he drove his own car to the event. Again, assuming it’s him, assuming it’s the accused, which we’re kind of predicating our discussions on. He drove his own car. He left the sheets at the scene with his DNA on it. He returned to the scene at 9:00. He had been scoping this scene all along with his phone on. And if he really had a degree in cloud forensics and really knew what he was doing, he would have known that the police were going to go historic and start looking back and they were going to be able to put some of that stuff together.”
