Dr. Nicole Saphier: The Pandemic Taught Us We Need To Separate Public Health From Politics A Bit More

Fox News Medical contributor Dr. Nicole Saphier joins Fox Across America With guest host Harry Hurley to talk about some of the most important lessons we learned over the past three years during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Well, the FDA, CDC and NIH have way too much funding and kind of need to be cleaned out a little bit. The one thing that I have definitely noticed, and I don’t want to sound cynical, but the reality is there is way too much government reach in these public health programs. And yes, they are government funded and most of them have government employees, but it was to the detriment and somewhere science got lost along the way because they were influenced by the White House, by lobbyists, by teachers unions and so forth. And so we really need to separate public health from politics a bit more moving forward.”

Plus, Dr. Saphier and Harry share their thoughts on the future of COVID-19. To hear what else she had to say, listen to the podcast!
