Bret Baier: There’s Been A ‘Change In The Force’ When It Comes To Trump Supporters

Bret Baier, Chief Political Anchor for Fox News & Anchor of Special Report joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss the latest polling in the 2024 race for the White House on the Republican side. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has started to build an early lead in primary voter polls as Former President Donald Trump’s position as party leader begins to erode.

Baier reacted to the change in support for former President Trump saying,

“I think that, you know, there is a palpable change in Trump supporters even that more and more you hear the line, I really love Trump policies. You know, and then it stops.

Adding,

“I think the writing’s on the wall that there is some there’s a change in the force when it comes to Trump supporters and to Republicans overall. How that looks going forward, what it means if a bunch of people get in the race in the primary, you know, we’re going to find that out probably, I don’t think, until April, where you start getting people really throwing their hat in the ring besides the former president.
