Sean Davis: The Corrupt Corporate Press Never Admits When They Get Something Wrong

Co-founder and CEO of The Federalist Sean Davis joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to give his take on the criticism Matt Taibbi has gotten from fellow journalists after Elon Musk tasked him with disseminating the so-called “Twitter Files” on how the social media giant suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story.

“Several times over the last year, as a lot of these big scandals exploded in the face of the media, whether it was Kavanaugh or the Russian collusion hoax or the Ukraine impeachment, whatever, I would hear people say, oh, you know, finally now the media will have to admit they got something wrong. And I’m here to tell you, they will never, ever admit they were wrong, ever. For any reason. Any time there’s something inconvenient to their narrative, they do two things. They either suppress the thing entirely, or they try to destroy the people who busted their narrative. And it’s exactly what they’re doing with Taibbi, whose journalism on this has been fantastic. And his media criticism over the past several years has been fantastic, which is something I never thought I would say. Because I first became aware of him 5-10 years ago, seemed like a conventional Lefty. Same with Glenn Greenwald. And those two guys right now might be the most honest people in journalism.”

Sean and Jimmy also talk about why all Americans should be concerned about President Biden’s potential involvement in his son Hunter’s overseas business dealings. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
