Evening Edition: Congress Intervenes To Avoid Railway Strike

The House of Representatives today voted to avert a railway strike and make sure that rail workers and companies stick to an agreement they settled on in September. Business groups predicted that a stoppage would cause billions of dollars in losses a day. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Chad Pergram, FOX’s Senior Congressional Correspondent, about action Congress took to avoid a strike and past examples of federal intervention in labor disputes.
