Gianno Caldwell: We Still Have Yet To See The Evidence That Trump Committed A Crime
Fox News Political Analyst Gianno Caldwell joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his reaction to Attorney General Merrick Garland announcing he has appointed special counsel to investigate the entirety of the criminal probe into the unlawful retention of classified documents at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.
“I know that the intention of this investigation, or at least what can be perceived by many onlookers, is they want to make sure that they dirty Trump up as much as possible so he can’t win. And that’s really what I think it comes down to. Let’s damage him as much as possible so when the time comes for Joe Biden to announce, he’s already crippled. And it’s unfortunate that that’s where things have gone because we’ve not seen any evidence of true malfeasance. You talk about, he took some records which may have been, well, classified records, and he took them and he said he declassified them. But I’ve not seen any evidence to the contrary just yet. I know I’ve heard some opinions on the president can’t do that, but I’ve not seen the evidence.”
Gianno and Jimmy also talk about their experience at the 2022 Fox Nation Patriot Awards. To hear what else he had to say, listen to the podcast!
