Winter is approaching and Ukrainians will be trying to survive without power, heat or running water because of Russia intentionally targeting civilian infrastructure. This week again Moscow launched another round of attacks on civilian targets firing nearly hundred missiles that hit 15 energy facilities across Ukraine.
