Evening Edition: Russians Retreat In Ukraine, Is It A Trap?

In what is one of Moscow’s most significant retreats, Russia’s Defense Minister Wednesday ordered his troops to withdraw from west bank of the Dnipro River including the city of Kherson. Ukrainian officials are taking the announcement cautiously in a war that is in its ninth month. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with FOX’s Greg Palkot, in Kyiv, Ukraine, about the significance of this retreat and whether or not it could signal a major change in the direction of the war.
