North Carolina Republican Congressman Greg Murphy joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on how the Biden administration’s reckless spending has led to unacceptably high inflation and financial pain for people in his state.
“Obviously, we’re a big agricultural state. And so a lot of it has to do sometimes with agricultural production, which is disproportionately then now related to diesel fuel and so many of the other things. And so, all the liberals love to say, well, it’s inflation around the world. That’s correct. And objectively, and I try to be objective, we knew that coming out of the pandemic where there would be a lot of demand and fewer resources, there was going to be inflation. However, the world follows the United States economy and the United States’ direction. Not only the Biden administration’s just absolute reckless spending, but the Federal Reserve’s ridiculousness and not raising the rates earlier. And so this has led to worldwide inflation. Now it’s going to be worse now in Western Europe because of our policies, in my opinion.”
