Shelby Steele: Critical Race Theory Is Ridiculous

Shelby Steele, The Robert J. and Marion E. Oster Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss the rise of critical race theory and how the issue has become so dominant in today’s politics.

Steele commented on the rise of CRT by saying,

“Critical race theory is ridiculous. It is. I was around in the days when it first came out in the early seventies. I knew some of the people involved in it. We thought back then this would never really get anywhere. So it shocks me to see it and it saddens me again because it, it’s a just a power move. It’s just a naked power move where you say, uh, your against me. You, you are, uh, you’re racist.”
