Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin sat down with other Asian leaders at a Central Asia summit presenting a united front against the United States and its western allies. While the Pentagon calls China our primary threat they also label Russia as posing ‘acute threats’ following their invasion of Ukraine.
