Charles McBee: Democrats Aren’t Being Honest With How They’re Framing Student Loan Forgiveness
Comedian and head writer for “Hell of A Week with Charlamagne tha God” Charles McBee joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his thoughts on why President Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan is not based in fairness or accountability.
“I used to do a bit where I’d go on stage and say, this is the year when I’m done paying my student loans and everybody claps and I go, no, I still owe them tons of money. I’m just done paying these bills. But I accept the consequences for my actions. I understand. I just think the way they say it is a scam. Don’t say, student loans are forgiven, it’s free, it disappears. It didn’t disappear. We’re all just going to chip in and pay for it through taxes. Like, say it what it is. I don’t like it when they make it seem as if it’s something else. Just give it to me straight.”
