American Express SUED for RACISM Against White Employees

American Express faces a class action lawsuit for allegedly discriminating against white employees.

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

Racism of any kind is UNACCEPTABLE- and that also means when it’s directed towards white people.

A former American Express employee filed a class-action suit against his former employer this week allegedly the company exhibited “callous indifference” to civil rights law and fired him for being white.

In the suit, he also sounded off on the racially discriminatory policies, particularly in the wake of George Floyd.

As part of these policies, he alleges AM-EX “gave preferential treatment to individuals for being Black and unambiguously signaled to White employees that their race was an impediment to getting ahead in the company.”

He said this led to white employees feeling signaled out, discriminated against and held back while employees of color were promoted to meet racial quotas.

The employee even directly called out the CEO of this company for engaging in anti-police rhetoric and making it clear any difference of opinion wasn’t welcome.

Amex denies the claims. There’s a whole lot more in the lawsuit and sadly, none of it is surprising.

In an effort to promote racial equality, many companies took that to mean admonishing white people simply for being white.

Like I said, RACISM of any kind against ANY race should be extinguished and this lawsuit just might aid in that mission!
