Rep Brian Fitzpatrick On The Red Flags With The FBI’s Raid of Mar-A-Lago
Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), who is also a former FBI agent, tells Brian Kilmeade there are some red flags he has seen with the raid of Mar-A-Lago. Fitzpatrick says the FBI wouldn’t lead off with a search warrant on a low-level white-collar crime investigation, let alone on an unprecedented action like this. Fitzpatrick also points out in order to get a search warrant, especially in a situation like this, you have to be able to identify with precision the specific items you’re looking for. Fitzpatrick questions the source of the FBI’s information because it took them nine hours to find what they were looking for. Another question Fitzpatrick has is if this raid was about a national security issue, why wasn’t he or any of the members of the House Intelligence committee briefed on this?
