Inez Stepman: There Was Definitely A Drama Factor With AOC’s Arrest

Senior Policy Analyst at the Independent Women’s Forum Inez Stepman joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her reaction to New York Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez denying that she was faking being handcuffed after getting arrested during an abortion rights protest earlier this week.

“There’s definitely a drama factor here. There’s AOC pretending to get arrested, except for when she does the power fist. Right? Look, I don’t know. I find this sort of offensive to the entire idea of civil disobedience. There are real consequences in civil disobedience. If you read a letter from Birmingham Jail. There were real consequences assigned to that. I mean, this kind of like fake larping for the social media clicks, I think it’s pretty funny. So I mean, at least that. We haven’t had Trump on scene for a while, so we need something to laugh at, right?”
