Senator Dr. Roger Marshall: The Supreme Court Overturning Roe V Wade Signals A New Beginning For Millions Of Unborn Children
Senator Dr. Roger Marshall (R-KS), who is also an OBGYN, tells Brian Kilmeade as a person who fought every day for the last 30 years to protect the health of mom and babies, today’s historic decision by the Supreme Court overturning Roe v Wade signals a new beginning for millions of unborn American children. Marshall also thinks this decision, along with the ruling that New York State put an unconstitutional burden on citizens applying for concealed carry permits, elevates the Constitution back to the way the Founding Fathers meant it to be. Marshall also explained he voted no on the bipartisan Safer Communities Act gun legislation over due process concerns. Marshall does not support red flag laws of any kind and wants more money used to harden schools. Another one of Marshall’s concerns is that the legislation may actually use federal dollars that end up in the hands of abortion clinics.
