Leo Terrell: Los Angeles Is Being Terrorized By Criminals As A Result Of George Gascon’s Soft-On-Crime Policies

Fox News contributor and civil rights attorney Leo Terrell joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his reaction to Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon defending his policies following reports that the suspect accused of murdering two El Monte, California police officers was on probation.

“Two officers were murdered by a felon who had a gun, and George Gascon had a press conference and lied. This guy had assaulted his girlfriend. She called his probation officer, asked of that, hey, get this guy off the streets. And you know what? He should have been behind bars. He was a convicted felon. He was in possession of a gun. That’s a strike. He should have been behind bars, and Gascon lies. This city is being terrorized by criminals because we have a soft on crime district attorney. And I find it offensive that he would get up there and justify the blood on his hands as a result of these two officers being murdered by a felon with a gun.”

Leo and Jimmy also discuss President Biden’s move to suspend the federal gas tax for three months. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
