Bill Melugin: Migrant Encounters At Southern Border Hit 239,416 In May, Highest Monthly Number In DHS History

Bill Melugin, national correspondent for Fox News joined the Guy Benson Show to report on the last month’s record-breaking number of illegal border crossings as numbers keep rising.

Melugin discussed the crisis at the southern border, reporting on the number of illegal migrants attempting to enter the United States by saying,

“I believe it was 239,416, which is the highest number in DHS history. Breaking the record, which was set last month in April, which was 234,000, which broke the record for March, which was 221,000. So the last three months in a row have all been record-breaking months and May being the highest at nearly 240,000.”
