Rep. Kevin Brady: Biden Has Refused To Put Any Priority On Getting Americans Back Into The Workforce
Texas Republican Congressman Kevin Brady joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on how the Biden administration’s economic policies have contributed to the shrinking U.S. workforce, which he says is one of the main causes of skyrocketing inflation.
“I met with a bunch of our local restaurant folks here. And these guys are just like, genetic entrepreneurs. They just love the competition and the hard work, and they just are struggling and have been and there’s just no end in sight. And one thing the president has refused to do is put any priority on getting people back to work. Look, we’re about 2 million people short of where we were under President Trump. There’s no effort from the White House to actually reconnect them to work. And as you know, if you don’t have people to man the production lines or assemble the products, deliver them or even service them, you’re going to drive prices up. And that’s exactly what we’re seeing at the local level. So you’re seeing it all across the country.”
