War On Ukraine: How Putin Controls Russian Oligarchs

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s rise to power in no small part was made possible by him making deals with the wealthiest of Russia’s elite or, as they are commonly known as, the ‘oligarchs’. Recent murders could show Putin has targeted individual oligarchs that may not have fully supported the invasion of Ukraine. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with John O’Neill and Sarah C. Wynne, authors of ‘The Dancer and The Devil: Stalin, Pavlova and the Road to the Great Pandemic’, about who the Russian ‘oligarchy’ is and how Putin uses violence to keep them under his control.
